The "Weekday Mode" allows you to select a specific day of the week (Sunday through Saturday) for watering, and set up an appropriate schedule in accordance with local regulations. Alternatively, the "2-6 Days Mode" enables you to choose a regular watering frequency of every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 days.

This timer also provides the flexibility of up to 3 customizable watering schedules per day. This allows you to personalize your watering plan for different needs, such as lawn sprinklers, garden and greenhouse planting, yard irrigation, patio misting, pool filling, and pet drinking.

The timer can be set to operate in either "Auto" or "Manual" mode. In "Auto" mode, you can easily program the start time, watering duration (from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes), and watering frequency (every 2 to 6 days or a specific day). The timer will then automatically run the watering plans, unlike traditional manual watering.

The "Manual" mode allows you to schedule ad-hoc watering sessions from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes, without interrupting your pre-set cycles. This is ideal for quickly watering small areas or washing your car.

Additional features include a "Rain Delay" mode, which lets you skip the watering schedule for 1 to 7 days during rainy periods, helping to conserve water. The timer also has a "Low Power Protection" function, which automatically shuts off the valve to prevent leakage when the battery is low. For added safety, a "Child Lock" feature keeps the timer secure from children's or pets' interference.

The timer's "Power-Off Memory Function" ensures that your preset watering schedule will resume after a battery change, without the need to reprogram the device.

To ensure optimal performance, the timer should be powered by 2 AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included). Rechargeable lithium batteries or a mix of old and new batteries are not recommended, as they may cause malfunctions.

If you encounter any issues with the timer, such as the valve not shutting off or the screen not displaying, first check the battery condition. If the problem persists, try entering the manual watering mode, setting a 5-7 second watering time, and running it a few times to help normalize the valve.

In the event of leaks at the hose faucet inlet or outlet, ensure the connections are properly tightened and sealed with Teflon tape. Additionally, make sure the faucet and garden hose connector are the standard US NHT 3/4" size.

The timer's 24-hour system may also cause issues if the watering schedule is set to run more than twice a day, with the last cycle extending past midnight. In such cases, the timer will reset the schedule and stop watering.
